Come one come all, its a Demshitz waterfall running clinic at Agers Falls.  If you are heading to Moose Fest meet at Mountain Man at 10:00 on Saturaday.  We will fall from 11-1.  Get better at timing your boof stroke.  Spot the lip, spot the landing. Then stomp the bow down for a nice soft controlled finish.  Also at 6:30pm we will be showing Demshitz the Movie.  Demshitz movies and shirts will be available.  Hope Yinz can make it. Â
